License Fees. Quick Cheque requires you to purchase a license in order to access the system. Quick Cheque follows a perpetual license system. License Fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying all taxes levied in connection with your use of the Services. Your Credit Card Company or bank may impose on you other fees, such as foreign exchange fees, in connection with your payment of the License Fees.
Collection of License Fee. You agree that, in the event, Quick Cheque is unable to collect the License Fees owed by you to Quick Cheque for acquiring Quick Cheque, Quick Cheque may take the steps it deems necessary to collect such License Fees from you and that you will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by Quick Cheque in connection with such collection activity.
IV. Privacy policy
License Fees. Quick Cheque requires you to purchase a license in order to access the system. Quick Cheque follows a perpetual license system. License Fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying all taxes levied in connection with your use of the Services. Your credit card company or bank may impose on you other fees, such as foreign exchange fees, in connection with your payment of the License Fees.

V. Liabilities
The Company will not be liable for loss or damages incurred by the user as a consequence of accessing the website, acquiring products or services, or using the contents when such damages are attributed to willful misconduct on the part of the user.
The Company does not guarantee the user the availability, access, or continuity of connection to this website or the supply of information or of any of the various services offered through it.
