Every time you cannot remember the actions which were done in the other screen like Bank Account, Cheque Books, Cheques etc. In order to know the events which were done before, like you might have cancelled bulk of cheques in cheque screen and you want to know which were the cheques cancelled before and it is quite difficult to scroll down the grid in cheque screen to view the cancelled cheque. Event Log keeps track of the mandatory remarks during activating and inactivating the records. Quick Cheque provides you with an option Even Log.
Lite Edition
The Event Log functionality is applicable to only Premium & Enterprise Editions. You can contact our sales team on [email protected] in case you are using the Free or Lite Edition and would like to upgrade it.
Premium Edition
- Login to the user having privileges to view the Event log screen in Quick Cheque.
- Navigate to Utilities menu and click the Event Log button.
- A screen appears in which you can select the input.
- Select any category from the dropdown menu. The pre-loaded categories listed in Quick Cheque includes Bank, Bank Account, Party, Cheque, Cheque Books and Users.
- Select a category you wish and click the Submit button.
For an instance you might have inactivated some parties in the Party screen and you want a list of those inactivated parties you can get it from the Event Log. So this will make you stress free by keeping a list of all actions done in those screens, in which you will find difficult to scroll down that particular screen.
Enterprise Edition
- Follow the steps for Premium Edition as explained above.
