Quick cheque allows you to take a back up of your data whenever required. This helps you to keep your data safe and secure. Every user of any application wishes that their data must be safe at all point of time. Quick Cheque provides you with an auto back up option. To know more about auto backup continue reading this post. To take a data Backup and Data Restore follow the below steps.
Steps to be followed for Data backup and Restore
Backup
Kindly note that this functionality is available only in Premium & Enterprise Edition.
- Login to Quick Cheque.
- Navigate to Utilities Menu and click on Data Backup. A small pop up window opens asking for the below mentioned key inputs.
- Backup Location ► Select a location for storing the data backup by clicking the button on the right side.
- Auto Backup ►This feature enables you to make an automatic backup of Quick Cheque database everyday when you login to Quick Cheque.
- Once you select a location click the Save button to the save the settings or the Backup button to perform an immediate Backup of the database in the selected location.
Restore
- Login to Quick Cheque.
- Navigate to Utilities Menu and click on Data Backup. A small pop up window opens asking for the below mentioned key inputs.
- Restore Location ► Select a location of an old database backup file by clicking the button on the right side.
- Once you select a location click the Restore button to perform an immediate Backup of the database in the selected location.
