Bank Reports

The Bank Reports are those maintained by the Bank, the bankers update each and every transaction of an account and also the details regarding the balance.

The two Bank Reports are Bank Transactions and Account Balances.

Bank Transactions 

Navigate to Reports Menu and click Bank Transactions. This report mainly displays the type of transactions and the amount used in those transactions. Kindly view the related post How To Add A Transaction In Quick Cheque at the bottom of this page for more information on creating Transaction in Quick Cheque. The transaction can either be a deposit or withdrawal. The report also displays the Transaction Date and the Party name. You can follow the below mentioned steps to generate an Bank Transactions report in Quick Cheque,

  • Select the Account # from the dropdown menu for which you wish to generate a report. You can also generate report for all the account numbers by selecting the Select All check box.   • Select the From Date and To Date, the period for which you need the report.
  • Click Submit button in order to generate the report.

Account Balances

Navigate to Reports Menu and click Account Balances
